Second Offer

Well, Alex and I have put an offer in on another house. I am hoping that we will get 1 of the 2, but you never know in this market. The house we put an offer in on I call the courtyard house. It is kind of a spanish style home. It has a courtyard in the front with some citrus trees and a pond. It has a bid garage, Alex loves it, and a nice driveway. The front yard is good size, but needs some landscaping. The house is 1350sf, 3bd, 2ba. It has newer hard wood floors, but they need some finishing touches. The kitchen needs to be updated, but it's nice. It has a sunken living room that needs new carpet. The bedrooms are good size and it has lots of storage. The back yard is a concrete jungle with a pool. Alex loves it and I think it would be a nice place to call home. It is in a nice area of Cirtus Heights, we can take Auburn Blvd to get to April's house. I could see us having family over for BBQ's and Holidays. We put in the best offer we could, so we will see what happens. Here is a picture of the front of the house.
